Supreme Court Collegium Recommends Appointment Of An Advocate To Be Judge Of Andhra Pradesh High Court

The Supreme Court Collegium has resolved to recommend the appointment of Advocate Shri Balaji Medamalli @ M. Balaji to be the Judge of the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

The Collegium in its meeting held on the January 28, 2026 made the recommendation through a notification.

The statement released on the Supreme Court website read, "The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 28th January, 2026 has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Balaji Medamalli @ M. Balaji, Advocate as a Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh."
